SoundBite Dinner @ Lot 8, April 26, 2017
With spring in the air, we'll be returning to urban outdoor oasis Lot 8 for our next SoundBite Dinner to dine beneath the stars.
Enjoy a menu influenced by Mexican, Sicilian and Cajun cuisines inspired by six original songs by local country maestro, Trevor McSpadden (played live on the night).
Chefs Accursio Lota from Solare Lounge and Sara Polcynski from Seasoned Plates return for their third time in the kitchen, joined by SoundBite staple, Eco Caters' Nick Brune.
Price per person is $70 (gratuity not included), includes six courses and live music. This is a BYOB event.

Combining his love for food and music, chef Nick Brune created the multi-sensory pop-up dinner series, SoundBite, which is held at notable venues across San Diego and Los Angeles.
These events showcase collaborations between leading local chefs and musicians, creatively tying together local bands' songs with creative cuisine inspired by the music.
Prior to each event, chefs create their courses while listening to selected tracks, later serving the musically-inspired menu to SoundBite guests as the musician plays each track live.
Heartfelt presentations from each chef about the song/dish pairings are given throughout the evening which adds an artistic touch to this unique dining experience.
