Montclair Culinary Academy - Culinary Summer Camp - North American Food Scene age 7-17
Jr. Chef's will be truly inspired by the amazing foods found throughout the US! We will explore the unique flavors from the Southern states, North west corridor and the freshest flavors of California.
Food Truck fusion and much more, all in 5 days! Knife Skills and kitchen safety taught and reviewed each day.
*Lunch and snacks are included each day. Comfortable clothing, sneakers, NO FLIP FLOPS OR OPEN SHOES WILL BE PERMITTED IN THE KITCHEN.
