Laval Dolce continues the evolution of our Barrel Roll Series and offers that often needed pick-me-up. We teamed up with local favorites, Augie's Coffee House and Parliament Chocolate, to concoct this decadent, tiramisu-inspired dessert stout. Our rich Double Cream Stout, aged in bourbon and brandy barrels, was thoughtfully layered with Guatemala El Diamante coffee, Tanzania cacao, and Madagascar vanilla. This lavish bouquet gracefully combines notes of walnut, marshmallow, and toffee to produce a truly memorable confectionery libation.

In the late 19th century, fresh cream was a product of luxury, until Gustav de Laval perfected the first hand cranked centrifugal milk-cream separator. Over a century later, things have certainly changed. Our Double Cream Stout seeks to restore that lost luxury, through an audacious malt bill and extended aging in bourbon and brandy barrels. Brewed with roasted English malts and milk sugar, this beers color, rich, full-bodied silkiness and creamy tan head place it amongst the finer things in life. Aromas of both bourbon and brandy, flavors of chocolate, dark roast, toffee and sweet cherries are prominent.

Bottles will be available to pick up starting at 11:00am on Saturday, March 3rd. The last day to pick up will be Saturday, April 7th. ALL BOTTLES NOT CLAIMED BY APRIL 7th WILL BE SURRENDERED BACK TO THE BREWERY.
Attendee or designated proxy must claim bottles. Valid ID must be provided upon pick up, and must match attendee or designated proxy name from sale.
