The great Chefs of France covet the Michelin star. To earn one can make or break a restaurants reputation for excellence. The French Chefs have also created the Mother Sauces. A Chef must understand, and execute these sauces perfectly!
Our Favorite wine consultant will be on hand to discuss wine pairing.
