Comedy Underdogs with Turner Sparks
Based in Suzhou and Shanghai, China, Turner Sparks started his comedy career in 2009 by founding Mainland China's first stand up comedy group, "Stand Up China".
Before taking the stage in 2009, Sparks founded Mainland China's first American ice cream truck when he brought New Jersey's "Mister Softee" trucks to China.
Currently a regular performer at Shanghai's Kung Fu Komedy Club, Sparks has performed hundreds of shows throughout China and Asia, most recently being awarded "Best of the Fest" at the 2014 Akumal Comedy Festival in Mexico presented by Stand Up Records and 1st Runner Up at the Hong Kong International Comedy Competition.
