Dayton Girls Pint Out Brew Day

Join us for an exciting day at Fifth Street Brewpub to celebrate women in brewing along with women around the world who will be simultaneously brewing.

This is your chance to be part of our brew day. Pick a time slot and step into the brewhouse where you and four other women will lend your muscle to the day's batch. We will also spend time learning about beer science, history of women in beer, and types of beer. Sip a flight of beer while getting a guided tasting. Then pick a pint to drink as a toast to your hard work.

Session 1- 9:30am-12pm- Mash In (start the batch, stir grain into water)

Session 2- 12-2:30pm- Empty Mash Tun (shovel out spent grain, begin the boil)

Session 3- 2:30-5pm- Hop Addition (add the hops, finish the batch)

Each session is limited to only five participants (21+ only). Please only pick one session so we can accommodate as many women as possible. Participants need to wear long pants, boots or solid shoes, and expect to get wet.

Additionally, when we tap it (TBD) participants are invited to come help and get one free pint of the finished beer.
