Herbal Workshop
The Food, Health and Medicine Guild of Sustainable Ballard is offering four workshops on the cultivation, medicinal applications, and culinary uses for a variety of herbs commonly found in the Pacific Northwest. This is the first of the series. It will be a hands-on experience of cooking with herbs and/or making an herbal salve, tea or bath fizzie.
