Culinary Voyage to Northern Italy
There's still a way to go until spring hits, and most of us are dreaming of warmth and sun as least a little bit. Though we may not be able to hop on a plane to jet off to Milan, we can still eat like we're there. So, let's pretend we're in Italy for an evening!
Swallow Tail Supper Club is hosting a 5-course long table meal inspired by the cuisine of Northern Italy by Chef Alvin Pillay, formerly of C and Campagnolo restaurants. Join us for what is sure to be a tantalizing meal.
BYO: Bring your favourite Barolo or Barbaresco to share at our long table.
