Montclair Culinary Academy - After School/ Creative Cooking & Knife Safety ages 8-15
March into Spring with our after school creative cooking classes & Knife skills/safety
ages 8-15
Each class is hands-on for all levels. Jr. Chef's will be guided through each step of our menu and learn all aspects of knife skills and cooking at the stove with our Chef/ Instructors.
*Snacks are provided, as well as water. Menus will vary from week to week, so Jr. Chef's can fully experience new flavors, and cultures as we build upon our techniques in the kitchen.
Experience is never required at MCA. We recommend comfortable clothing. tee shirts under sweatshirts. sneakers, hair ties for long hair.
Parking for drop off/pick up: next lot over at 546 Valley Rd. first row closest to our Victorian (MCA 550)
