Cooking for Compassion Health: Batch Cooking and Storage
Weekly batch cooking along with food prep and proper storage enables even the busiest parents, professionals and athletes to have wholesome meals that saves money, saves time and most importantly provides you and your family meals free of additives, preservatives, sugar and hidden fats.
Spend a few hours with Nancy & Nick Mathews of Plant Based Chico as they teach you how to stream line batch cooking as well as storage. In 2 hours well make brown rice, sweet potatoes, beans, a hearty plant-based soup as well as prep an assortment of plant-based snacks and salad dressings.
