SOLD OUT!!! Pop-Up Wine Dinner: Wholesome Harvest Meals
Chef Jaclyn Trimble is excited to wine and dine you with her Rustic, homestyle cooking. Wholesome Harvest Meals by Jaclyn Trimble is a small, locally sourced Catering Company located in Rochester WI.
$75 includes a 5-course dinner with wine pairings. The wines you taste will be available for purchase by the bottle or case.
We will seat guests starting at 6:45 p.m. Guests will be grouped together with other parties, so be prepared to make new friends! If you would like to come earlier, you are welcome to grab a pre-dinner cocktail at the Liars' Club bar, just across the hall on the second level of The Coffee House.
*Lobster, Crab, Bacon & Corn Fritter with Spicy Herbed Cream Sauce
*Wild Rice & Local Mushroom Soup
*Mixed Greens with Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Grilled Figs, Honey Goat Cheese, Pepitas, and Cherry Balsamic Reduction
*Blue Cheese and Door County Cherry Stuffed Pork Tenderloin served over Butternut Squash Noodles with Brown Butter and Crispy Sage (Salmon option available for those observing Lent! - choose salmon option at checkout)
*Chocolate Dipped Pistachio Waffle filled with Pastry Cream, topped with Cherries and Chocolate Drizzle
