Montclair Culinary Academy - Jr. Chef's Creative Cooking & Knife Skills ages 7-17
The love of good food starts young, if children are exposed to many variations of flavors and cultures of cuisine. Jr. Chef's will love our Creative cooking and kitchen safety. It's all about slicing, dicing, chopping and mincing our way to Saute.
We will explore seasonal vegetables and proteins and preparation. Students will take home their culinary creations.
