Montclair Culinary Academy - Jr. Chef's Baking Class - French Pastry ages 8-15
Kids baking goes Parisian with this French Pastry class ages 8-15. Aspiring Jr. Chef's will create hand made Eclairs & Puff Pastries in the classical French tradition.
First the Pate Choux which is the sweet dough that makes these decadent desserts. The Chefs will guide you to preparing the cream filling and finally the dipping!
chocolate or caramel??? Both perhaps!
