Ash & Elm Cider Co. is happy to host Chef Team Rachel Hoover and Victor Deleon, formally of Festiva in our tasting room for our first cider pairing brunch!
There will be one seating at noon. Tickets are $40 per person and are available through Eventbrite (link below). Your ticket will incude a 4 course brunch with pairings per course AND bottomless cidermosas! Is there a better way to spend your Sunday afternoon?
Brunch Menu:
1st Course: Orange Fennel Salad, Pickled Chayote, Chicharon Breaded Mozzarella paired with ESD
2nd Course: Delicate Squash Bisque Soup with Curried Pumpkin Seed Gremolata paired with Dry
3rd Course: Almond Biscuits, Chorizo Gravy, Garlic Cholula Deviled Egg with Sunset Tart Cherry
4th Course: Cinnamon Roll, Pecans, Carmel paired with Mulled Cider
