MENTOR Washington is excited to announce our keynote, Dr.Torie Weiston-Serdan, Executive Director of Youth Mentoring Action Network and author of Critical Mentoring: A Practical Guide! MENTOR Washington will bring together individuals who represent the statewide mentoring movement, including practitioners, youth program providers, and programs that serve system involved youth. MENTOR Washington looks to advance a collective agenda, to strengthen programs and practices, and collaborate to support positive youth development. This conference will feature five tracks to support the work of mentoring and youth-serving programs throughout the state: 1. Youth Voice and Engagement; 2. Equity and Inclusion; 3. Building Meaningful Relationships; 4. Working with Vulnerable Youth; 5. Mentoring 101.
