Children's Book World Presents Leslie Odom, Jr.
TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR! (While supplies last)
Join us for an evening of conversation with Tony and Grammy Award-winning artist, Leslie Odom, Jr., who will be in Philadelphia celebrating the release of his new book, "Failing Up." Leslie will discuss the personal stories from his life shared in the book that have inspired, motivated, and empowered him over the years with a special guest to be announced.
Leslie Odom, Jr. burst on the scene in 2015, originating the role of 'Aaron Burr' in the Broadway musical phenomenon "Hamilton." Since then, he has performed for sold-out audiences, sung for the Obamas at the White House, and won a Tony Award for Best Leading Actor in a Musical. But before he landed the role of a lifetime in one of the biggest musicals of all time, Odom, Jr. put in years of hard work as a singer and actor.
Your ticket includes one copy of the new book and admission for one person. You will receive your book with signed book plate when you arrive at the event.
There will be no signing or photo line.
Doors open at 6:45pm. Seating is first come, first served. Please Note: End time is approximate.
