Bronx native Melissa Diaz is a unique and rising talent in the New York City comedy scene. Her sharp and quirky wit paired with an edgy attitude takes audiences through a fun house of hilarity and fatalism that can only be likened to dropping your phone in the toilet and being drunk enough to believe its still okay.
Melissa is featured regularly at Carolines on Broadway, has placed in Devil Cup and Laugh Your Asheville Off competitions, appeared in the New York Comedy Festival, and has been named one of NYCs comics to watch.

Emerging Artists returns with their one-of-a-kind festival. Emerging Artists has always been about new works, new talents, new voices. That's never been more evident than now.
