ABA President Hilarie Bass will introduce the Grit Project, an ongoing initiative implemented by the ABA Commission on Women in the Profession. Ms. Bass will then lead an interactive discussion with a panel of prominent women lawyers to explore how women can learn to be "grittier" and cultivate a growth mindset--two powerful traits that can help women navigate challenges encountered during their careers.
