The Brick Kitchen
The Brick Kitchen presents Natural Food and Ideas.
An edible "exhibition" of food and ideas, set in the Project's environment of a bare-brick kitchen, in the cultural heart of East London.
February's influence is sustainability.
Organic and Heritage Ingredients, Forage, Holism and Nativism, are all being explored.
Exhibition Sessions involve 5 courses of indigenous food, ethically sourced, with matching alcohol and infusions from native producers.
Sessions are discursive, communal, nourishing and informative.
The Brick Kitchen is a social food project, established to engage, nourish and inspire.
Evolutionary, Independent and Non-profit.
