On March 9th, 2018 at the Rendezvous' basement space The Grotto, Alice and her collaborators will be holding their first fundraiser to celebrate and support their inaugural season. The fundraiser will be a late-night cabaret featuring a silent auction, snacks, cocktails, and performances by amazing local artists.
GATTO NERO is a fundraiser like you have never experienced before. A show you will want to not miss.
Featuring performances by Alice Gosti and the Material Deviance Cast, Markeith Wiley, Amy O'Neal, Maya Soto + Nico Tower, Lorraine Lau and Alyza Del Pan-Monely, Ariana Bird, Imana Gunawan, Dead Bird Movement & Marion Walker,Gender Tender+Special Guests.
All raised funds will go in support of Alice Gosti and her collaborators as they embark in their inaugural season. We will share more about this upcoming exciting year on March 9th. Looking forward to seeing you there.
Alice Gosti is an Italian-American choreographer, hybrid performance artist, curator, DJ
and architect of experiences, working between Seattle and Europe since 2008.
Gostis work has been recognized with numerous awards, commissions and residencies
including being a recipient of the 2012 Vilcek Creative Promise in Dance Award, the
2012 danceWEB scholarship, Velocitys 2015 Made in Seattle Program, New England Foundation for the Arts National Dance project for production and touring and 2017 Artist
Trust Fellowship. Gostis work has been commissioned and presented nationally and
Internationally in universities, theaters, museums and galleries.
