Elephant Care Unchained Comedy Benefit Show
Join us Wednesday, March 21st at 7pm (doors @ 6:30pm) at Under The Gun Theater for a night of comedy to raise funds for Elephant Care Unchained, an organization whose mission is to improve Elephant welfare. The treatment of Elephants in captivity in one word is cruel. Elephant Care Unchained goes into areas throughout the world to mentor and educate caregivers to empower them to become as cruelty-free as possible in their treatment of Elephants. Comedy entertainment will be provided by The Lincoln Lodge, Chicago's favorite stand up comedy show now in its 18th year. Every week, The Lincoln Lodge features the best stand up comedians in Chicago, along with a hilarious variety act and a "Man On The Street" segment. The show lasts approximately 80 minutes. There will be raffle items as well as a silent auction in addition to the comedy show.
Cost: GA Tickets are $25. VIP tickets will be $40 and include preferred seating, a chance to win a T-shirt or scarf and one free ticket for the raffle. All proceeds will benefit Elephant Care Unchained.
Food and Drink: A full drink menu is available before and during the show. There will not be a minimum purchase requirement. Yay! Food is not served in the theater, however, bringing in outside food is permitted.
Accessibility: Under The Gun Theater is located on the second floor of the building and is reached by one flight of stairs. We apologize for the absence of an elevator.
Age Limit: The Lincoln Lodge shows are all ages, but acts may contain adult-themed material and attendance of minors is at parent discretion.
Transport: The Addison Red Line stop is just steps from the theater. Street parking is available, but note that we are located in the heart of Wrigleyville and parking can be difficult.
