This basket combines traditional English and Spanish techniques to make a simple round basket. The base and upsetting will be made using a traditional technique from Catalan in Spain while the sides and top border will use traditional English techniques
During the day you will learn about preparing and selecting materials and you will be taken step by step through the processes and weaving techniques necessary to complete the basket.
Suitable for beginners and those with some experience.
Please note due to the limited number of places and the cost and time taken to prepare materials the fee is non refundable after three weeks before the start date unless a replacement is found.
