The 2018 Elections, the Press, and American Democracy
The 2018 midterm elections are a defining moment for the United States. One month before Election Day, what do we know about the shape of our nation's democracy? How are leading
news outlets covering the issues and the candidates? What ways are the political winds blowing? This evening will be part "big picture" and part "in-the-weeds" analysis of the
upcoming elections.

SPEAKER: David Domke

7:15 pm (doors open at 6:30)

Event is free for all students displaying student ID

All proceeds will go to support students and projects in the Department of Communication at the University of Washington.
