Pho Ga: Soup for the Soul!
There is nothing more satisfying than a steaming hot bowl of pho on a chilly Northwest winter day!
In this class you will learn how to make Vietnamese rice noodle soup, Pho Ga. You will observe demonstrations on charring, breaking down a chicken, making the most flavorful broth, as well as condiments for this delicious soup. As a special treat, we will also be making pate a choux dough for Vietnamese-style creme puffs as well.
Cost: $75.00 per person. This hands-on experience begins with glass of celebratory bubbles and an opening bite. After the demo, you will create your own bowl of Pho Ga, with all your favorite vegetables to adorn it. Then you will feast on your fabulous creation, and leave with a sweet treat! Additional wine and beer are available for purchase. All tickets are non-refundable, however they are transferable. In the event of a cancellation, full purchase price shall be refunded.
