Mastering Stocks and Broths with Rachael Mamane
Come in from the cold to sip a steaming cup of broth with Atrium Kitchen and Rachael Mamane, author of Mastering Stocks and Broths. Rachael will walk through the process of making a classic culinary stock, using quality bones and vegetables from local farms.
Participants receive a signed copy of Rachaels book, nibbles and beverages.
