Sleep Therapies -- Jerry Sanger

Many people have trouble sleeping nowadays. Are you one of those people or do you haveone of those people close to you?
It seems to a common complaint among all age groups. In this class we will focus on some of the reasonspeople who are agingmight have trouble sleeping.For example, we will look at stress, current medication use, and other health reasons.
We will discuss and you will learn how to dosome of the tecniquesthat can help people induce sleep without medication: like how to find relaxation; and how to use guided imagery and self - hypnosis to address you sleep issues.
You will find learning these techniques will be worthwhile foryou or someone close to you.
Jerry Sanger is a clinical hypnotherapist and has been teaching courses for Lucia Mar United School District's Adult Education.
