Cider School: Apples & Cider of the Hudson Valley
Join our guest teacher Ryan Burk, Cider Maker at Angry Orchard, as he will share some of his techniques and talk about specific apple varieties in the Hudson Valley of New York. Many blends will feature wild yeast fermentation and unique barrel aging, some of which have never been tapped in Chicago before.
Please note, class starts an hour earlier that most Cider School sessions. Also, the bar will be open to the public as we celebrate the kick off to Chicago Cider Week later that evening.
