Toronto Musical Concerts (TMC) presents a staged musical reading of Sondheim's musical - COMPANY In Concert on Friday, March 16th and Saturday, March 17th, 2018 @ 7:30 pm (Eastminster United Church - 310 Danforth Avenue) to benefit The Canadian Safe School Network. Brilliantly energetic yet comically dark, Tony Award-winning Company centers around confirmed bachelor, Robert - who contemplates his unmarried state on the eve of his 35th birthday. Throughout this vignette-driven musical, Bobby interacts with his married friends and various girlfriends to try to reveal the true reason why he is not yet in a committed relationship. These vivid and real characters force the habitually single Robert to deeply question his adamant retention of bachelorhood during a hilarious array of interactions.
