Treasure Valley Wine Society FebruaryTasting
Our high end event for 2018 will feature wines of Bordeaux, including a special personal selection of wines presented by Gail McClellan-Parker. She and Rae Gunning will also present highlights of their fascinating trip to Bordeaux last year and the wineries they visited.

The wines will include Sauternes, a Grand Vin Blanc, a Bordeaux Clairet, a Cotes de Bourg, and two Grand Cru Ste-Emilion. These extraordinary wines will be paired with a menu from Meadowlake's kitchen that will feature Beef Bourguignon. Plus, for dessert, Gail will present a special surprise to pair with the creme brulee. What a great way to celebrate Valentine's Day!

Since this is a high end event, the price for reservations is a little more than usual. Also, this is a members & first time guests only event. Members must be current on membership dues.

Note: If you would like a membership badge, please bring a check to the tasting so Gail can put in an order.

Reserve your seats today for our 2018 high end tasting event. Tickets can be purchased through February 07 at which time sales will end.

As usual, please bring two wine glasses if you would like to do comparisons between wines.
