Hong Kong - Washington: Closer Business Partnerships
Please join the World Affairs Council, the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in San Fransisco, the Trade Development Alliance of Greater Seattle, and the Hong Kong Association of Washington for a Complimentary luncheon and a presentation by Donald Tong, Hong Kong Commissioner for Economic and Trade Affairs of the United States.
Donald Tong is the most senior official of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government (HKSARG) who stations in the Americas. In 2011, Hong Kong is the 4th largest export destination for Washington and 10th for the U.S. overall. The City is the third largest destination for U.S. wine and the top wine auction center in the world. It is also the global financial, trading and logistics center for China.
Commissioner Tong will share with you the latest developments and business opportunities of Hong Kong, as well as various unique policy measures operated by HKSARG that would allow you to save cost when doing business with Hong Kong and China.
