If Valentine's Day is for lovers, than Beef Wellington & Seared Scallops are the delicious morsels that draw them to dine on dreams! Our 5 course evening will keep you in the mood for
many nights to come.
our Chefs will guide you to creating the perfect meal with that special someone you love.
Our evening will begin with a classic Lobster Bisque.
*A lightly dressed Hydroponic mixed green salad will follow
* Beef Wellington & Seared Scallops
* Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta Lardons
* Chocolate Molten Lava Cake with your choice of caramel sauce or handmade whipped cream
