Meet the Producer Dinner: Spring Tonic
Slow Food Harrisburg is hosting its Meet the Producers Slow Supper, Spring Tonic, celebrating the birth of the year. This dinner will be a cuisine du march, market cooking, selecting the freshest local greens available the day of the dinner and paired with locally raised natural spring lamb. It is scheduled for Friday night, May 2 at 6:30 at the Wildwood Conference Center, Harris-burg Community College.
