The Velvet Chocolatier will have a pop-up shop at the museum from noon to 4 p.m. Owner/chocolatier Ruthie Penn Carliner (who counts Oprah and Julia Louis-Dreyfus among her fans) will offer samples and have chocolates for salejust in time for Valentine's Day.
