During this seminar you will learn what is required of you as an employer. How to register with the state EDD, what new hire paperwork and postings are required and what policies need and/or should be implemented. This is meant to be a general overview. While new employment laws effective 2018 will be discussed, the focus of this seminar will be how to start your employment relationship on the right legal footing.
