Cesarina Pasta and Gianni Buonomo Vintners collaborate to bring you a homemade Valentine Day dining experience in the winery.

Each of the four courses will be expertly paired with a wine made by award-winning Gianni Buonomo winemaker.
APPETIZER
Fagottini
-Savory puff pastry cake, pear, Pecorino, wild honey, walnut puree
PASTA
Choose one of three HAND MADE VEGAN PASTAS
-Ravioli, beef, butternut squash, crispy sage
-Tagliatelle Bolognese, meat ragú
-Fettucini al Fungi, shitake, porcini, crimini, in Alfredo
ENTRE
Pork Roll
Pork roll stuffed with porcini and hazelnuts with homemade demiglaze. Winter veggies on the side
DESSERT
Pears 'n Wine
Slow cooked pears in Moscato wine wrapped in pastry crust and topped with dark chocolate sauce.
