Have you ever wondered what Hot Pot is all about?
We all know that soup is the perfect cold weather dish. And our preference for what goes in the soup is often different. Come join us for an Intro to Hot Pot to learn how to make delicious soup YOUR way! You will get to choose a soup base, a protein, and veggies, and then learn how to create a soup masterpiece right on your table!

Please join Eat IN Connecticut for this very special event on Tuesday, January 23 at Han Restaurant, 310 Prospect Ave, West Hartford from 6-8pm.

The cost is $25, plus tax and tip. This includes 1 appetizer, your choice of broths, 1 protein to cook with lots of vegetables, and a soda or tea.

Staff will give you the history of the hot pot as well as instructions on cooking in a hot pot.

Come alone or bring your friends. It's going to be a fun night out!
