Montclair Culinary Academy - After School/ Creative Cooking & Knife Safety ages 8-15
Jr. Chefs of all levels are welcome to join us for this after school series. Join us for one or for all three sessions!
Each week we will build our culinary muscles, to achieve a basis of cooking and knife skills for everyone who wants to understand cooking and baking techniques and to experience cooking with professional Chefs in our state of the art kitchen studio.
Creative cooking I - learn to Chop, dice, mince and Chiffonade your way to sauting vegetables and proteins along side our Chef Instructors.
*Snacks will be provided. Students will bring home their culinary creations.
Sneakers are a must. NO CELL PHONES PERMITTED IN OUR KITCHEN.
This class is drop off only.
