A dinner event in celebration of Temple distillery's newest gin!|
In August of 2017, Temple distillery's Co-Authored Cocktail Competition brought together bartenders from all over Seattle in the hopes of finding a perfect concoction utilizing one of Temple's three signature gins.
Four finalists were selected from the city's deep talent pool, and when all the dust had settled Yoroshiku's lead bartender James Wolf was named the winner, earning him the opportunity to craft the inaugural Gin in the Co-Authored series. Now Presenting: Co-Authored Gin, vol.1!
In celebration of the completion and launch of Temple's newest bottle, we invite all lovers of craft cocktails and gin to come raise a glass and cheers! To Washington's newest and and most unique member of the spirit family!
Dine with us on January 31st, and with your ticket we will include a full dinner service including two cocktails designed by Wolf, complimented with a two-course meal provided by the exceptional Yoroshiku Modern Izakaya and Ramen restaurant located in the Wallingford neighborhood. There will also be separate bottle sales for those who would like to go home with a bottle or gift some local gin to a loved one or family member!
Space is incredibly limited, so grab tickets while you can! Ticket prices include both food courses and two pre-selected cocktails, AS WELL AS gratuity, so don't worry about the tip! If you need a vegetarian option for the food, please let us know and we would be more than happy to oblige.
