Lansings StoopFest is returning for a third year!!
The inaugural StoopFest took place on April 23, 2016, and featured nearly 100 performances from an assortment of artists across several genres, including rock, folk, hip hop, and comedy. Each and every performance took place in a living room or backyard, across six houses in Lansings eastside community.
In the second year, StoopFest saw The Avenue Cafe in Lansing serve as a "home base" of sorts, featured performances all day long, and allowing us to bring in some larger acts!
This year we plan on going even bigger by expanding capacity, booking larger artists, and involving more community spaces in the neighborhood. True to form, the festival will remain a full fledged community event, with performances also taking place inside several houses on Lansing' eastside!
The goal for the third year remains the same: to create an inclusive environment for Lansings music and art lovers, to showcase the talented individuals within our community, and to showcase what Lansings Eastside has to offer to residents and non-residents alike.
