Jake's Women by Neil Simon
Jake is a novelist, who is much more comfortable passively observing his life as opposed to living it, taking refuge in his study and imagining conversations with the important women in his life: a snarky therapist; an abrasive sister; an adored, and dead, first wife; a daughter recalled as a child but now a young woman. Jake is desperately seeking help from these women hoping to save his marriage and ultimately himself from himself through these sometimes hilarious and sometimes tender exchanges. As things go, he is often interrupted by real life with actual visits from these tenacious women who have some things to say to him about himself and how he shows up in his life and his relationships.
Neil once again captures the dynamics of complicated relationships with humor and tenderness! Please join us for this funny and poignant play!
Directed by Michael Murdock. Michael has been seen on stage in various Valley Center Stage productions including Caps for Sale!, Superior Donuts, Night Must Fall and Greater Tuna.

- General: $17.50
- Senior/Student: $14.00 (senior tickets are available to people ages 65 and older)
- Pay-What-You-Will: Thursday performances only; $10.00 suggested minimum where every dollar helps us continue to provide quality productions

Online ticket sales end 3 hours before a performance. If you see "Sales Ended" for the performance date which you would like to attend, you may still be able to purchase a ticket at the box office. We set aside a certain number of seats for people purchasing tickets at the door. The box office opens at 7 PM, so you might want to arrive at 6:30 PM in order to maximize your chances of a ticket being available at the door. It's very rare for us to not be able to accommodate all who desire to see a performance.
