Tortilla-Making With the Diaz Sisters
Join the Diaz Sisters and learn to make flour tortillas. Margie Diaz Bourdon and Eliza Diaz Thompson will lead us in a morning session on the process, sprinkled with some stories and fun. Learn to make the dough, roll with the _pipa_ and grill up light, delicious tortillas. You will never want to buy store-bought again!
Hands on, we will work together to make the dough and get a feel for rolling out the tortillas.
Lunch featuring the tortillas will be served, a meal including Chile Colorado with beans, rice and more.
