Books Are Magic presents a truly special night with beloved novelist and essayist Zadie Smith in celebration of her latest collection of essays, FEEL FREE!
This new collection, arranged into five sections--In the World, In the Audience, In the Gallery, On the Bookshelf, and Feel Free--poses questions that are both familiar and pressing, offering a survey of important and recent events in culture and politics, as well as Smith's own life.
Zadie will be joined in conversation by Pulitzer Prize-winning New York Times critic-at-large and Still Processing host, Wesley Morris!
