Cheese and Cider- SOLD OUT
The world of artisan, domestic ciders has exploded in the last few years, which shouldnt be a surprise in New England! Join us in celebrating some of the beautiful ciders of Vermont, Massachusetts, and abroad. Not all ciders are sweet and syrupy- the traditionally fermented, no added sugar ciders are a perfect pairing for many types of cheeses, and we will go down the line from bone dry, to juicy and fruity. Cider pairings are included in the cost of this class, but if you do not drink or have dietary restrictions regarding certain types of fruit, please let us know so that we can accomodate you accordingly!
