Learn the tools of the trade with this crash course in cheese styles and pairings. We will learn about how cheese is made, what makes a cheese hard, or stinky, and what wines go best with every style! Wine pairings are included in the cost of this class, but if you do not drink or have dietary restrictions regarding certain types of wine, please let us know so that we can accomodate you accordingly!
