The Brick Kitchen
The Brick Kitchen presents seasonal ingredients and alcohol.
Each event is an edible exhibition of food and ideas, set in the Project's environment of a bare-brick kitchen, in the cultural heart of East London.
Real Bread, Heritage Grains, Rare Breeds, Sustainable Fish and Wild Forage.
Exhibition Sessions involve 5 courses of British food, ethically sourced, with matching alcohol and infusions from native producers.
Sessions are engaging, communal and informative.
The Brick Kitchen is a research and exhibition project, established to circulate knowledge about food and inspire.
Independent and non-profit.
