Join successful, local, slow entrepreneurs Anne Saxelby of Saxelby Cheesemongers, and Rick Field, of Rick's Picks pickles, as they talk about how they got to into and built their successful businesses - Anne sells only American farmstead and artisan cheese from the northeast and Rick makes pickles only from vegetables grown in our region. The panel discussion will conclude with an open Q&A session over Anne's cheese and Rick's pickles, washed down by locally brewed beer.
