Let's Make Quark!
Quark is a fresh unsalted spreadable cheese. The flavor is mellow and creamy. In Germany we would spread it on thick pieces of sourdough wheat for breakfast. Quark makes outstanding cheesecakes, lasagna and more. We will eat cheese while making cheese!
