Winter session Herbal Immersion series

Have you been wanting to learn more about Herbalism and the plants of the Pacific NW? Want to learn hands on with other plant lovers? Herbal Immersion classes starting in the new year in January. These classes will be 2 weeks a month for 3 months.

We'll be covering the basics of herbalism, from energetics to preparations to foraging in the field to crafts made from local plant materials. Some classes will be indoors, but we will also go out in the field to learn about winter herbalism. It's important to get out side and connect with the land in all seasons!

First class will be January 13th. Classes will be on Saturdays from 11-4 every other week.

Classes take place in the greater Seattle area. At my place in Des Moines, and other locations for remedy making and local green spaces for foraging. It will help to have a car, maybe car pool.

Deadline for registration is January 6th so that I can prepare class materials and send you the basic supplies list and orientation email.
