Treasure Valley Wine Society January Tasting
Help celebrate and ring in a New Year with wines from one of Idaho's newest wineries: Scoria Vineyards. Located in the Sunnyslope area, Sydney and James Nederend planted their first vines in 2014 along a dormant volvanic vent. With winemaking assistance from both Koenig and Telaya wineries, Sydney has produced outstanding wines to widespread acclaim. Tasting room visitors have been so impressed that many have signed up on the spot for the wine club.

Five wines from this past year's release with be poured at our January tasting event. The Meadowlake kitchen staff will be preparing a menu for us to go with the wines. We've requested a beef dish, Caesar's salad, roasted red potatoes and veggies, and a chocolate torte for dessert. Yum!

Reserve your seats today for our first 2018 tasting event. Members and first time guests can reserve tickets for $30 until January 4. Returning guests must purchase a membership to enjoy this event. PLEASE NOTE: The Idaho Tax Commission has contacted us & informed us we are required to charge sales tax for our events, so a 6% sales tax charge will now be added at checkout.

Note: Please bring two wine glasses to this event. Also, please bring a check for membership fees if you have not already renewed for 2018. You must have a current membership by February to enjoy our high end February tasting.
