Celebrate 4th of July with a group of like-minded women! Join us for a few days of learning about wellness and celebrating life. We are not coming together to learn limiting diets and boring exercises but instead learn how to find the balance of living a life designed to help us thrive!
Wednesday we will explore the area hiking in the Camden Hills (Camden Hills State Park) and end up at the award-winning Cellardoor Winery for a tour and tasting. From there it is on to Lincolnville Beach with dinner on your own at a traditional seafood shack on the working waterfront. End the night watching the fireworks at the Camden Harbour.
Thursday we will start the day with a morning workshop over breakfast exploring different recipes, super foods, their health benefits, and how to easily integrate them into your daily routine. We will go on an excursion on Lake Megunticook to paddle board and kayak (your choice!). Then we will head to Camden (one of the "top 10 most picturesque towns" in America) for lunch and an afternoon exploring the shops and galleries. As we head back to the hotel we will have a restorative yoga class and enjoy a healthy, vegetarian dinner at the Inn. We will have an evening talk about self-care and how to build daily routines that encourage making every day your best!
Friday we will start the day practicing the morning routine we created and you will learn stretches and foam rolling techniques to help improve your posture, increase mobility, and eliminate aches and pains. We will head over to Belfast to explore the morning farmer's market and have lunch at Chase's Daily (James Beard recognized vegetarian chef). We will wrap things up Friday afternoon with a self development workshop focused on designing our dream life. Then we will head out for a celebratory sunset sail on the Schooner Olad. Evening dinner in Camden.
Program Fee $475 plus tax includes: 3-day Program with Instructor/Facilitator, Camden Hills State Park pass, Lake Megunticook kayak or SUP rental, Schooner Olad sunset sail, program meals (picnic lunch, special breakfast, vegetarian dinner, snacks, bottled water), and local group transportation.

Hilery is an extremely qualified instructor with over 30 certifications ranging from high intensity interval training to yoga for cardiac rehab and cancer patients. Her rare blend of knowledge and inspirational ability allow her to push people beyond what they think they are capable of. She has worked for the NBA and privately with NFL players helping them with their flexibility work, off-season training and nutrition. She developed exercise and yoga programs for cancer patients and did scientific research in this area for clinical trials at the Cancer Therapy & Research Institute. Hilery is also a Thai Yoga Massage Therapist and has assisted in teaching new therapists internationally. She spent over a year in the Bahamas training at an ashram to do her third 200-hour yoga teacher training, in addition to learning energy medicine, guided relaxation, meditation & breathing techniques to bring a balance into her high intensity training. She believes in integrating all her certifications to create well-rounded programs to help her clients find balance in fitness and in life.
